So, now that I've skimmed through the pages of 3 A.M. I've decided that I'm not going to necessarily go through the exercises in order.  I'll number them so I can refer back to the instructions but I will allow myself to jump around and even write something that is not in the book in place of an exercise.  The whole idea is to develop a daily discipline.  To write SOMETHING every day.  I plan to let the book be my guide, not my jailer.
